2010
LA Metropolitan Transportation Authority
This advanced IoT controls project focused on deploying advanced controls for Los Angeles County’s agency charged with the planning, operation, and coordination for the transportation in Los Angeles County.
Allegro
As a leading e-commerce platform, this project focused on digitizing distribution center environments to provide greater facility systems controllability.
Commerce Park Apartments
Putting a digital spin on homelife, this project applied IoT controls throughout this luxury apartment complex.
2011
Norfolk Navy Base
Home of the U.S. Navy’s Fleet Forces Command, the Norfolk Naval Base project consisted of deploying and configuring IoT devices to improve facility operations.
A&P
One of America’s oldest grocery chains, the Great Atlantic & Pacific Tea Company (A&P) operated from 1859 to 2015. This project focused on digitizing facility management at the company’s distribution center.
RCG North Andover
This mix-use property included commercial office space between two turn-of-the-century mill buildings. IoT devices now automate and wirelessly control space lighting throughout the commercial spaces.
2012
Bridgestone-Firestone
This large-scale project extended over three manufacturing sites across the U.S. and included digitizing over one million square feet of commercial and industrial spaces.
2013
City of San Diego
This project consisted of deploying IoT devices to streamline facility maintenance at the city’s transportation and stormwater facility.
2014
Rhode Island Public Transit Authority
Providing Rhode Islanders public transportation infrastructure, this project focused on modernizing and deploying IoT devices throughout the agency’s massive terminal infrastructure and maintenance facility.
Verizon
As one of the country’s largest wireless carriers and communications provider, this commercial office project deployed IoT devices at the company’s communications headquarters.
Burlington School System
This project helped the Burlington School District transform its K-12 schools into smarter spaces by digitizing their facilities management with IoT controls.
2015
Direct Discount Lighting Formed
DDL is formed as a leading value-added supplier of cutting-edge LED luminaires. Carrying specification-grade lighting solutions that are brought to clients at market-leading prices.
Joseph’s Gourmet Pasta Company
This project focused on deploying advanced controls to streamline this artisian food processing plant’s facility maintenance.
Wells Fargo
This large-scale project deployed tens of thousands of IoT devices at the corporate headquarters of Wells Fargo in San Francisco, CA.
2016
Integrated Advanced Controls Formed
Industry pioneer, IAC, sets up shop and start providing innovative services that bring together lighting and advanced controls manufacturers to fixture-embed any brand of IoT-connected technologies into any style of LED luminaire.
San Diego Department of General Services
As the central hub of the County of San Diego’s services, the DGS project included deploying, configuring, and optimizing IoT devices to improve facilities management across a portfolio of buildings.
This project focused on deploying and configuring tens of thousands of IoT devices within the world’s largest technology company’s campus located at Menlo Park.
Anschutz Entertainment Group
As one of the world’s leading sports and live entertainment companies, this project transformed its headquarters with wireless IoT devices to streamline facility management and construct a digital infrastructure for the client.
2017
Mohegan Sun
This project transformed the casino’s exterior lighting conditions and introduced smarter IoT controls for easier predictive maintenance and the casino’s exterior spaces.
Advanced Cable Ties
As one of the country’s leading industrial cable tie manufacturers, this project consisted of digitizing the manufacturing and office spaces by deploying and configuring IoT controls and monitoring equipment to streamline facility management.
2018
SBT Alliance Formed
Spotting a market opportunity to solve an industry-wide problem, the founders of Glued Solutions, Integrated Advanced Controls, and Direct Discount Lighting pull together to merge their companies and start SBT.
JPMC Program
This large-scale program consists of over five hundred new bank branches across the United States and includes working with our IoT ecosystem partners to design, deploy, and provisioning hundreds of thousands of IT devices in this multi-year program roll-out.
Defense Contractor
This project consisted of digitizing the manufacturing and office spaces of a leading defense contractor with secure IoT devices and control equipment to automate facility management processes while improving workspace safety.
Rich’s Foods
This project deployed smarter IoT controls and monitoring devices that helped a food processing client solve a severe business challenge that resulted in operational efficiency gains and regulatory compliance.
Lawrence Berkeley Laboratories

As one of the world’s largest global plastic products manufacturer, this project helped the client transform one of their manufacturing facilities into a smarter manufacturing floor through the deployment, configuration, and connectivity of IoT devices and monitoring equipment.
2020
County of Santa Clara
This multi-site project helped the County of Santa Clara digitize many of its facilities with advanced IoT devices to streamline facility and operational management across its agencies’ portfolio.
Wells Fargo
This project revisited a previous client of ours to help them expand their current IoT system as they expanded office space and remodeled their facilities
Genentech

California State University Dominguez Hills
As one of California’s leading state universities, this project helped extend the university’s IoT system into two new buildings while helping the client revamp their existing system and building infrastructure to optimize operational management.
